Long Lead Materials means any parts, components, subassemblies, materials, or supplies that are to be incorporated into the Product or Finished Device which Seller must commit, as of the then current date, to ensure the Delivery Date.

Examples of Long Lead Materials in a sentence

  • With respect to any SOW being terminated, Buyer’s obligation and liability to Seller shall be payment for: (i) all Manufacturing Activities within the scope of that SOW which were performed up to the effective date of termination, including any expenses for Long Lead Materials and NCNR materials; (ii) any approved out-of-pocket expenses up to and including the effective date of termination; and (iii) all services requested by Buyer following notice of termination.

Related to Long Lead Materials

  • SAP Materials means any software, programs, tools, systems, data, or other materials made available by SAP or any other member of the SAP Group to Partner or to an End User (either directly or indirectly via Partner) prior to or in the course of the performance under any part of this Agreement including, but not limited to, the other SAP Products.

  • Cloud Materials means any materials provided or developed by SAP (independently or with Provider’s cooperation) in the course of performance under the Agreement, including in the delivery of any support or Consulting Services to Provider or its Customers. Business Day: a day other than a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday in England when banks in London are open for business. Business Systems: the information technology and communication systems, including networks, hardware, software and interfaces owned by, or licensed to, the Customers or any of its agents or contractors.

  • Manufacturing Materials means parts, tools, dies, jigs, fixtures, plans, drawings, and information produced or acquired, or rights acquired, specifically to fulfill obligations set forth herein.
