London Administrative Agent means X.X. Xxxxxx Europe Limited, or any other Affiliate or branch of JPMCB that JPMCB shall have designated for the purpose of acting in such capacity hereunder.

Examples of London Administrative Agent in a sentence

  • A certificate as to the amount of such payment or liability delivered to a Borrower by the London Administrative Agent, the Singapore Administrative Agent, a Lender or an L/C Issuer (with a copy to the Administrative Agent), or by the Administrative Agent on its own behalf or on behalf of the London Administrative Agent, the Singapore Administrative Agent, a Lender or an L/C Issuer, shall be conclusive absent manifest error.

  • Any resignation by the Administrative Agent pursuant to this Section shall also constitute the resignation of each Affiliate or branch of the Administrative Agent that has been appointed in such capacity from being the London Administrative Agent or the Singapore Administrative Agent.

  • Canadian Administrative Agent means Royal Bank of Canada in its capacity as Canadian administrative agent for the lenders party to the Canadian Credit Agreement and any successor thereto.

  • Term Administrative Agent shall have the meaning set forth in the recitals hereto.

  • ABL Administrative Agent means Bank of America in its capacity as administrative agent and collateral agent under the ABL Facilities Documentation, or any successor administrative agent and collateral agent under the ABL Facilities Documentation.

  • Revolving Administrative Agent means the administrative agent under the Revolving Credit Agreement.

The term administrative agency does not include:

  • Administrative Agent’s Letter shall have the meaning specified in Section 10.9 [Administrative Agent’s Fee].

  • Administrative Agent Fees shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.05(b).

  • Applicable Agent means (a) with respect to a Loan or Borrowing denominated in US Dollars or any Letter of Credit, and with respect to any payment hereunder that does not relate to a particular Loan or Borrowing, the Administrative Agent and (b) with respect to a Loan or Borrowing denominated in any Alternative Currency, the London Agent.

  • Administrative Agents the collective reference to the General Administrative Agent and the Canadian Administrative Agent.
