LOI/ LOA definition

LOI/ LOA means the Letter of Intent/ Acceptance which will be sent by CFP-Kaladera to the selected successful Bidder/ Service Provider. 1.1.12 “Personnel” means professionals and support staff which will beworking for the Bidder/ Service Provider to perform the Services. 1.1.13 “Bid/Proposal” means the Technical Bid/Proposal and theFinancial Bid/Proposal submitted by the Bidder/ Service Provider. 1.1.14 “Rules” means the RajasthanProcurement Rules, 2013. Transparency in Public 1.1.15 “Services” means the tasks to be performed by the selected Bidder/Service Provider within the Contract period. 1.1.16 “Terms of Reference” (TOR) means the document included in the Bidding Document which explains the objectives, scope of work, activities, tasks to be performed, respective responsibilities of the Client and the Service Provider, andexpected results. 1.1.17 Terms not defined here shall have the same meaning as given tothem in the Act. 1.2 Scope of Services 1.2.1 Managing Director, Cattle feed plant, Kaladera is the Procuring Entity which has invited the Bids from eligible and qualified Bidders for selecting, in accordance with the procedure of selection specified in this Bidding Document, for Rate Contract for engaging manpower for cattle feed plant, kaladera and wherever as specified in this tender bidding document.
