Logistics Service means any service relating to or in connetion with any process of planning, implementing and controlling the efficient, effective flow and storage of goods, services, and related information from point of origin to point of consumption for the purpose of conforming to customers’ requirements.

• Party B shall indemnify and hold Party A harmless from any loss, damage, liability or expense due to any action, claim or other request against Party A arising from or caused by the content of Logistics Service and Information Technology Support as required by Party B.

• The terms of this Agreement, including its Exhibits, shall be superior to and take precedence over, any trading conditions, standard terms and conditions, or forms issued by Logistics Service Provider in the course of performing services under this Agreement and this Agreement and Exhibits shall govern in the event of a conflict.
