Logistics Companies definition

Logistics Companies means a third party company or fourth party company that (i) is not a rail carrier or shipper and (ii) which, as the majority of its business, arranges for the transportation of goods, manages the supply chain (including, but not limited to, inventory management, warehousing, packaging of goods, consolidating and de-consolidating of products, line feeding, pick-up and delivery of goods and all kind of transportation) of goods for others.

Examples of Logistics Companies in a sentence

  • Industrial or Logistic(s) Companies inside or outside of the ICM Area must pay an average of at least $14 per hour at the subject property as a starting wage with no job paying less than $11 per hour.

  • GP means Gottbetter & Partners, LLP.

  • Project Company means Company incorporated by the bidder as per Indian Laws in accordance with Clause no 3.5.

  • MLP has the meaning assigned to such term in the opening paragraph of this Agreement.

  • Operating Subsidiaries means, collectively, the Corporation and HST, each a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Trust, and "Operating Subsidiary" means either of the Corporation or HST, as applicable.
