Lodging Services definition

Lodging Services or "public accommodation" means the furnishing of rooms or accommodations by any person, partnership, association, corporation, estate, representative or any other combination of individuals by whatever name known to a person who for a consideration uses, possesses or has the right to use or possess any room in a hotel, inn, bed and breakfast residence, apartment hotel, lodging house, motor hotel, guesthouse, guest ranch, trailer coach, mobile home, auto camp or trailer court and park or similar establishment, for a continuous period of less than thirty days under any concession, permit, right of access, license to use or other agreement, or otherwise.
Lodging Services means space used by the service personnel within the individual lodging facilities such as front desk area, bell staff, valet, housekeeping, central reservations, call centers, Property Management, security and administrative offices and storage related to the forgoing.
Lodging Services means the provision or facilitation of provision of any rooms or accommodations by any person, partnership, association, corporation, estate, representative capacity or any other combination of individuals by whatever name known to a person who, for consideration including barter, trade or timesharing uses, possesses or has the right to use or possess any room or other accommodation, including but not limited to a hotel, inn, bed and breakfast, apartment, single family residence, lodging house, condominium, motor hotel, guesthouse, guest ranch, trailer coach, mobile home, auto camp, trailer court and park, any portion of a dwelling unit or other area which accommodates a guest, or similar establishment, for a period of less than thirty consecutive days under any rental agreement, sharing or trade agreement, concession, permit, right of access, license to use, or other agreement.

Lodging Services means the providing of hotel rooms, motel rooms, lodging rooms, motor hotel rooms, guest house rooms or other similar accommodations, that are rented to persons for a period of less than one month or thirty consecutive days, but shall not include rentals under a written agreement for occupancy for a period of at least one month or thirty days. Lodging services does not include the providing of meeting rooms.
