Lodging Home definition

Lodging Home means a boarding, lodging, or rooming house in which lodging is provided for more than four persons in return for renumeration or for the provision of services, or for both, and in which the lodging rooms do not have both bathrooms and kitchen facilities for the exclusive use of individual occupants.
Lodging Home or “Domiciliary Hostel” means a place of board and lodging, maintained and operated by a person or organization under an agreement with a municipality, for needy persons, but does not include a Nursing Home or a Home for the Aged under the Homes for the Aged and Rest Home Act, or a chartable Institution other than a Hostel under the Charitable Institution Act.
Lodging Home or Domiciliary Hostel” means a place of board and lodging, maintained and operated by a person or organization under an agreement with the County, for persons in need.

Examples of Lodging Home in a sentence

  • For institutional settings (Acute Care Hospital, Nursing Home, Retirement Home, Lodging Home or any other type of support setting): For an 8 hour shift, the nurse will be paid for 7.5 hours per shift with 30 minutes of paid breaks and 30 minutes of unpaid breaks.

  • For institutional settings (Acute Care Hospital, Nursing Home, Retirement Home, Lodging Home or any other type of support setting): For an eight (8) hour shift, the nurse will be paid for seven and one half (7.5) hours per shift with thirty (30) minutes of paid breaks and thirty (30) minutes of unpaid breaks.

  • Boarding home means a privately owned and operated home for the boarding and lodging of individuals which is approved by the Department of Juvenile Justice or the cabinet for the placement of children committed to the department or the cabinet;
