Lockout Period Expiration Date definition

Lockout Period Expiration Date means the earlier of (a) the fourth (4th) anniversary of date hereof and (b) two years and one day from the "startup day" of any "real estate mortgage investment conduit" (as such terms are defined in Sections 860G and 860D, respectively, of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended or any successor statute thereto) which may acquire the Loan.
Lockout Period Expiration Date means the earlier to occur of (A) December 10, 2002, or (B) the second anniversary of the "startup day" within the meaning of Section 860G(a)(9) of the IRS Code (defined below) of a REMIC Trust (defined below).
