Location Code definition

Location Code means the code on an image for the location where that image was captured and the data recorded;
Location Code means a six (6) digit number issued by the United States Department of Health and Human Services, Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration to each of a program’s facilities.
Location Code means the four digit number that corresponds to a TBD jurisdiction that is used by DOL when assessing the TBD fee. The four digit number is derived from the Department of Revenue’s sales and use tax Location Code information.
