Local infrastructure definition

Local infrastructure means projects relating to disaster prevention. “Local infrastructure” does not include routine, recurring maintenance or operational expenses or the leasing of a building, appurtenant structure, or utility without a lease-purchase agreement.
Local infrastructure means the infrastructure that is to be installed within the boundary of a development Premises, as is set out in more detail in section 5.3.3 of the Connection Charging Policy.
Local infrastructure means the real property, buildings and improvements owned, constructed, managed, or operated by a political subdivision.
