Local index definition

Local index means the record of pending, indicated and unfounded child abuse and neglect reports maintained by the investigative unit and of unfounded false reports retained as evidence of harassment. The local index shall contain a copy of all Child Abuse and Neglect Tracking System (CANTS)/Statewide Automated Child Welfare Information System (SACWIS) forms and all correspondence related to the investigation.
Local index. – means the index used for adjusting local or Rupee components of the Tariff Charges, which is the Pakistan Wholesale Price Index (WPI) for manufacturing as notified by the Federal Bureau of Statistics (FBS) of the GOS.

  • Retail Prices Index means the retail prices index for the whole economy of the United Kingdom and for all items as published from time to time by the Office for National Statistics as “RPI” or, if such index shall cease to be published or there is, in the reasonable opinion of the Secretary of State, a material change in the basis of the index or if, at any relevant time, there is a delay in the publication of the index, such other retail prices index as the Secretary of State may, after consultation with the Franchisee, determine to be appropriate in the circumstances;

  • SONIA Compounded IndexStart means, with respect to an Interest Accrual Period, the SONIA Compounded Index determined in relation to the day falling the Relevant Number of London Banking Days prior to the first day of such Interest Accrual Period; and

  • Base Index means the most recent Consumer Price Index published immediately prior to the Commencement Date.

  • Inflation Index means each inflation index specified in the applicable Final Terms and related expressions shall be construed accordingly.

  • CPI Daily Inflation Reference Index means (A) in relation to the first day of any given month, the CPI Monthly Reference Index of the third month preceding such month, and (B) in relation to a day (D) (other than the first day) in any given month (M), the linear interpolation of the CPI Monthly Reference Index pertaining respectively to the third month preceding such month (M - 3) and the second month preceding such month (M - 2) calculated in accordance with the following formula:

  • Limited Indexation Month means any month specified in the relevant Final Terms for which a Limited Indexation Factor is to be calculated;

  • Net Yield means, with respect to any Monthly Period, Portfolio Yield with respect to such Monthly Period minus the Base Rate with respect to such Monthly Period.
