Local Debit Card Acceptance Service means having the facility to accept transactions
Local Debit Card Acceptance Service means the complete system offered by the Bank by which on-island only electronic payment for goods/services and cashback can be made by Cardholders and received by the Business Establishment using the Debit Card.

  • The Debit Card will be accepted only at those Businesses Establishments offering the Bank of St Helena Local Debit Card Acceptance Service.

  • Any usage of the Debit Card for purchases in outlets other than those offering the Bank of St Helena Local Debit Card Acceptance Service will be deemed unauthorised and the Cardholder shall be responsible for such transactions.

  • Except to the extent agreed in these Terms and Conditions, the Bank will not be responsible for or liable to the Business Establishment for any failure to provide the Local Debit Card Acceptance Service (for whatever reason or in whatever circumstances), other than default or negligence on the part of the Bank, if such failure occurs as a direct result of the termination, suspension or other failure of the provision of services by a third party.

  • KCOE users must comply with copyright laws and license agreements.

  • The Bank will have the right to make any changes to the Local Debit Card Acceptance Service which are necessary to comply with any applicable law or legal requirement, or which do not materially affect the nature or quality of the Local Debit Card Acceptance Service, and the Bank shall notify the Business Establishment in any such event.

  • If the Business Establishment does not accept any proposed change(s), the Bank will terminate use of the Local Debit Card Acceptance Service by the Business Establishment with effect immediately prior to the date upon which such change(s) is/are to have effect.

  • Credit Card Notification has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 5.11.

  • Credit Card Agreement means each form of credit card agreement between Seller and an Accountholder, including credit card agreements assigned to Seller pursuant to any purchase agreement, governing the use of an Account, together with any amendments, modifications, supplements, notices, disclosures, exhibits, annexes or attachments which now or hereafter may be made to or in connection with such Credit Card Agreement (and any replacement of such agreement).

  • Support Service means an activity, such as information technology, accounting, human resources, legal, and other support functions that are required to support the ongoing delivery of core services.

  • Credit Card Guidelines means the respective policies and procedures of the Account Owner, as the case may be, as such policies and procedures may be amended from time to time, (a) relating to the operation of its credit card business, which generally are applicable to its portfolio of revolving credit card accounts and in each case which are consistent with prudent practice, including the policies and procedures for determining the creditworthiness of credit card customers and the extension of credit to credit card customers, and (b) relating to the maintenance of revolving credit card accounts and collection of credit card receivables.

  • ACH means automated clearing house transfers.

  • Debit Card means a card, including a Smart Card, issued by the Financial Institution that allows the holder of the card to deposit cash and/or Instruments or withdraw cash from the Account through an ATM, authorize Transactions on the Account through an ATM, and that operates like an Instrument to purchase goods and services from merchants.

  • Eligible Customer means:

  • Basic local exchange service or "local exchange service" means the provision of an access line and usage within a local calling area for the transmission of high-quality 2-way interactive switched voice or data communication.

  • Service Level Agreement or SLA means the processes, deliverables, key performance indicators and performance standards relating to the Services to be provided by the Service Provider;

  • End-Use Customer means a person or entity in Delaware that purchases electrical energy at retail prices from a Retail Electricity Supplier.

  • Credit Card Issuer means any Person (other than a Loan Party) who issues or whose members issue credit cards or debit cards, including, without limitation, MasterCard or VISA bank credit or debit cards or other bank credit or debit cards issued through MasterCard International, Inc., Visa, U.S.A., Inc. or Visa International and American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Xxxxx Xxxxxxx and other non-bank credit or debit cards, including, without limitation, credit or debit cards issued by or through American Express Travel Related Services Company, Inc. or Discover Financial Services, Inc.

  • Service Drop means the overhead service conductors from the service point to the connection to the service-entrance conductors at the building or other structure.

  • Credit Card Notifications has the meaning provided in Section 6.13(a)(i).

  • Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) indicator means a four-character suffix to the unique entity identifier. The suffix is assigned at the discretion of the commercial, nonprofit, or Government entity to establish additional System for Award Management records for identifying alternative EFT accounts (see subpart 32.11) for the same entity.

  • Carrier Access Billing System (“CABS”) is the system which is defined in a document prepared under the direction of the Billing Committee of the OBF. The CABS document is published by Telcordia in Volumes 1, 1A, 2, 3, 3A, 4 and 5 as Special Reports SR-OPT-001868, SR-OPT-0011869, SR-OPT-001871, SR-OPT- 001872, SR-OPT-001873, SR-OPT-001874, and SR-OPT-001875, respectively, and contains the recommended guidelines for the billing of access and other connectivity services.
