LOC-Based Software definition

LOC-Based Software means software that is licensed for use based on the maximum number of lines of code that can be indexed over the lifetime of the product.

Examples of LOC-Based Software in a sentence

  • If Licensee elected to purchase (i) the LOC-Based Software, the total lines of code indexed must not exceed the maximum total lines of code in the license purchased for such installation and use, or (ii) Developer-Based Software, the total number of Users, who have access to the Software shall not exceed the total number of developers specified in the license purchased.

Related to LOC-Based Software

  • Hosted Software means: (a) Hosted NCR Voyix Software; and (b) Non-NCR Voyix Software provided by a third party as a hosted software application or cloud service and for which Customer purchases a subscription through NCR Voyix pursuant to an Order (“Non-NCR Voyix Hosted Software”).

  • Font Software means software or instructions which, when used on an appropriate device or devices, generates typeface and typographic designs and ornaments. Font Software shall include all Subsets and bitmap representations of typeface and typographic designs and ornaments created by or derived from the Font Software. Font Software includes upgrades or updates (each of which may be provided to you by Monotype in its sole discretion), related files, permitted modifications, permitted copies, and related documentation.

  • Customized Software or “Customization” means any Application Software code modified or amended on behalf of the Customer. Setting of parameters, parameterization or configuration is not a Customization.

  • Embedded Software means one or more software applications which permanently reside on a computing device.

  • Standard Software means Software identified as such in Appendix 4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Standard Software.
