Loan Sublimit definition

Loan Sublimit means $250,000,000.
Loan Sublimit means, at any time, an amount equal to the sum of the Total Tranche 2 Commitment and Total Tranche 3 Commitment at such time, minus the sum of all reductions therefore effected pursuant to 2.10(j).
Loan Sublimit means an amount equal to the lesser of (a) $25,000,000 and (b) the Commitment. The Loan Sublimit is part of, and not in addition to, the Commitment.
