LOAN PURCHASE REGULATIONS definition

LOAN PURCHASE REGULATIONS means the rules and regulations of the Purchaser, as may be adopted by the Purchaser from time to time (with the consent of any persons required under the terms of the Financing Agreement), which pertain to the Program, which shall incorporate all requirements specified in any indentures or other financing arrangements to which the Purchaser is subject.
LOAN PURCHASE REGULATIONS means the rules and regulations of the Participant, as may be adopted by the Participant from time to time, which pertain to acquisition of participation interests hereunder, which shall incorporate all requirements specified in any indentures or other financing arrangements to which the Participant is subject.
LOAN PURCHASE REGULATIONS means the rules and regulations of the Corporation, as may be adopted by the Corporation from time to time (with the consent of any persons required under the terms of the applicable Financing Agreement), which pertain to the Program, which shall incorporate all requirements specified in any indentures or other financing arrangements to which the Corporation is subject.

LOAN PURCHASE REGULATIONS means the rules and regulations of the foundation duly adopted by the board which pertain to the program.

  • Regulation Zone means any of those one or more geographic areas, each consisting of a combination of one or more Control Zone(s) as designated by the Office of the Interconnection in the PJM Manuals, relevant to provision of, and requirements for, regulation service.

  • CSD Regulations means the CSD’s rules and regulations applicable to the Issuer, the Agent and the Notes from time to time.
