Loan Portfolio definition

Loan Portfolio means a portfolio of claims (either loans, invoices or other debt) which have not been paid upon their maturity and/or on their due dates.
Loan Portfolio shall have the meaning set forth in the preamble of this Agreement.
Loan Portfolio means the value of post-dated cheques received in respect of payday loan funds advanced to customers of the Business as at the Effective Time and not yet due.

  • The Trust hereby appoints the Monticello Advisor to serve as its investment advisor with respect to the Loan Portfolio on the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, and to undertake the other duties and responsibilities hereinafter set forth, and the Monticello Advisor hereby accepts such appointment.

Loan Portfolio means, at any time, the loans and/or mortgages advanced by the Company on and secured by real estate (also referred to herein as “Loan and Mortgage Investments”)

Loan Portfolio. With respect to each loan owned by County in whole or in part (each, a "Loan"), except as described on Schedule 3.9 hereto: (a) the note and any related security documents are each legal, valid and binding obligations of the maker or obligor thereof, enforceable against such maker or obligor in accordance with their terms, subject to the effect of bankruptcy, insolvency, reorganization, moratorium or other similar laws relating to creditor's rights generally, and to general equitable principles; (b) neither County nor, to the knowledge of County, any prior holder of a Loan has modified the note or any of the related security documents in any material respect or satisfied, canceled or subordinated the note or any of the related security documents, except as otherwise disclosed by documents in the applicable Loan file; (c) ounty is the sole holder of legal and beneficial title to each Loan (or County's applicable participation interest, as applicable); (d) the note and the related security documents, copies of which are included in the Loan files, are true and correct copies of the documents they purport to be and have not been superseded, amended, modified, canceled or otherwise changed in any material respect, except as otherwise disclosed by documents in the applicable Loan file; (e) to the knowledge of County, there is no pending or threatened condemnation proceeding or similar proceeding affecting the property which serves as security for a Loan; (f) to the knowledge of County, there is no litigation or proceeding pending or threatened relating to the property which serves as security for a Loan which would have a material adverse effect upon the related Loan; (g) with respect to a Loan held in the form of a participation, the participation documentation is legal, valid, binding and enforceable and County's interest in such Loan created by such participation would not be a part of the insolvency estate of the Loan originator or other third party upon the insolvency thereof; and (h) each Loan secured by a mortgage on residential property (except for construction loans) was originated by a bank, thrift or other HUD-approved lender.
Loan Portfolio has the meaning set forth in Section 2.3(e).
Loan Portfolio means the entire outstanding loan portfolio of the Microfinance Project.
