Loan Periodic Update File format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein for the Mortgage Loans, a form of which is attached hereto as Exhibit U, or such other form for the presentation of such information as may be approved by the CMSA for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally and, insofar as it requires the presentation of information in addition to that called for by the form of the "CMSA Loan Periodic Update File" available as of the Closing Date on the CMSA website, is reasonably acceptable to the Trustee, Master Servicer and the Special Servicer.

Examples of Loan Periodic Update File in a sentence

  • Not later than 2:00 p.m. (New York City time) on the second Business Day following each Determination Date (which is also the second Business Day preceding the related Distribution Date), each Master Servicer shall deliver to the Certificate Administrator the CREFC® Loan Periodic Update File, combining information with respect to the Mortgage Loans for which it acts as Master Servicer, reflecting information as of the close of business on such Determination Date.

  • The CREFC® Loan Periodic Update File delivered by the Master Servicers as described above shall be in an electronic format that is mutually acceptable to the applicable Master Servicer and the Certificate Administrator.

  • With respect to each Mortgage Loan (if any) that is identified on Schedule VIII hereto, the initial values of fields 54—”Preceding Fiscal Year NOI”, 68—”Most Recent NOI”, 72—”Most Recent Financial As of Start Date” and 73—”Most Recent Financial As of End Date”) of the CREFC Loan Periodic Update File shall be the initial values set forth opposite such Mortgage Loan on such Schedule VIII.

  • The CREFC® Loan Periodic Update File shall be delivered to the Certificate Administrator by the Servicer no later than 2:00 p.m. (New York time) two Business Days preceding each Distribution Date.

  • The CMSA Loan Periodic Update File delivered by each Master Servicer as described above shall be in an electronic format that is mutually acceptable to the two Master Servicers and the Certificate Administrator.

  • The Primary Servicer shall deliver to the Master Servicer, no later than 3:00 p.m. New York City time on the Primary Servicer Reporting Date, by electronic transmission in a mutually agreeable format, the CREFC® Loan Periodic Update File, providing the required information as of such Determination Date.

Loan Periodic Update File means a file prepared by the Servicer or, with respect to Specially Serviced Loans, the Special Servicer containing substantially the information specified in the form of "loan periodic update file" produced by the CMSA. The form of such report is specified by the CMSA and can be accessed on the CMSA internet website at xxx.xxxx.xxx.

  • CREFC® Special Servicer Loan File format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein for the Mortgage Loans, or such other form for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • CREFC® Loan Level Reserve/LOC Report The monthly report in the “CREFC® Loan Level Reserve/LOC Report” format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein for the Mortgage Loans, or such other form for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • CMSA Website means the CMSA's Website located at "xxx.xxxx.xxx" or such other primary website as the CMSA may establish for dissemination of its report forms.

  • CREFC® Loan Liquidation Report Template A report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the “Loan Liquidation Report Template” available as of the Closing Date on the CREFC® Website, or such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • CMSA Bond Level File means the monthly report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the "Bond Level File" available as of the Closing Date on the CMSA Website, or such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CMSA for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • Collateral File With respect to each Mortgage Loan, a file containing each of the Collateral Documents.

  • CREFC® REO Status Report The report in the “REO Status Report” format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein for the Mortgage Loans, or such other form for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • CREFC® Advance Recovery Report A monthly report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the “Advance Recovery Report” available as of the Closing Date on the CREFC® Website, or such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.
