Loan Document File definition

Loan Document File means a hard copy file delivered to and received by Custodian hereunder.

  • Promptly after each purchase or sale of Securities by the Fund (other than Certificated Securities that are contained in a Loan Document File), the Fund shall deliver to Custodian a Certificate or Instructions, or with respect to a purchase or sale of a Security generally required to be settled on the same day the purchase or sale is made, Oral Instructions specifying all information Custodian may reasonably request to settle such purchase or sale.

  • Mortgage Loan Documents means, with respect to the Mortgage Loan, the Mortgage Loan Agreement, the Mortgage, the Notes and all other documents now or hereafter evidencing and securing the Mortgage Loan.
