Loan Collateral Documents definition

Loan Collateral Documents means the Loan Mortgage and Pledge Agreement and any other document or instrument executed and delivered pursuant to the Loan Agreement at any time or otherwise pursuant to which a Lien is granted by the Borrower or any other obligor under the Loan Documents to secure the Lender Claims or under which rights or remedies with respect to any such Lien are governed, as the same may be amended, supplemented, amended and restated or otherwise modified from time to time.
Loan Collateral Documents has the meaning set forth in the Control Agreement.
Loan Collateral Documents means with respect to any Loan Asset, each loan agreement, promissory note, participation certificate, collateral security agreement, guarantee and any other agreement or document evidencing, securing, governing or executed in connection with such Loan Asset, including without limitation, the agreements and instruments in respect of which the Borrower acquired such Loan Asset.

  • The foregoing provisions are intended as an inducement to the Term Claimholders (as defined in the Term Loan Intercreditor Agreement) to enter into the arrangements contemplated by the Term Loan Collateral Documents (as defined in the Term Loan Intercreditor Agreement) and the Term Claimholders are intended third party beneficiaries of such provisions and the provisions of the Term Loan Intercreditor Agreement.

  • First Lien Collateral Documents means the “Security Documents” or “Collateral Documents” or similar term (as defined in the applicable First Lien Loan Documents) and any other agreement, document or instrument pursuant to which a Lien is granted securing any First Lien Obligations or pursuant to which any such Lien is perfected.

  • ABL Collateral Documents means all “Security Documents” as defined in the Original ABL Credit Agreement, and all other security agreements, mortgages, deeds of trust and other collateral documents executed and delivered in connection with any ABL Credit Agreement, and any other agreement, document or instrument pursuant to which a Lien is granted securing any ABL Obligations or under which rights or remedies with respect to such Liens are governed, in each case as the same may be amended, supplemented, waived or modified from time to time.

  • Term Loan Priority Collateral as defined in the Intercreditor Agreement.

  • Equal Priority Intercreditor Agreement means the Equal Priority Intercreditor Agreement substantially in the form of Exhibit G-1 among (x) the Collateral Agent and (y) one or more representatives of the holders of one or more classes of Permitted Additional Debt and/or Permitted Equal Priority Refinancing Debt, with any immaterial changes and material changes thereto in light of the prevailing market conditions, which material changes shall be posted to the Lenders not less than five Business Days before execution thereof and, if the Required Lenders shall not have objected to such changes within five Business Days after posting, then the Required Lenders shall be deemed to have agreed that the Administrative Agent’s and/or Collateral Agent’s entry into such intercreditor agreement (with such changes) is reasonable and to have consented to such intercreditor agreement (with such changes) and to the Administrative Agent’s and/or Collateral Agent’s execution thereof.

  • Notes Priority Collateral has the meaning set forth in the Intercreditor Agreement.

  • Security Documents means the Security Agreement, the Mortgages, the Intellectual Property Security Agreement, the Pledge Agreement, the Facility Guarantee, and each other security agreement or other instrument or document executed and delivered pursuant to this Agreement or any other Loan Document that creates a Lien in favor of the Collateral Agent to secure any of the Obligations.

  • UK Security Documents means the UK Pledge Agreements and the UK Debenture.

  • Collateral Security Documents Any document or instrument given to secure or guaranty the Mortgage Loan, including without limitation, the Mortgage, each as amended, supplemented, assigned, extended or otherwise modified from time to time.
