Loan Casefile definition

Loan Casefile means a unique collection of data related to a Customer’s loan application, including, as applicable, Consumer Data, and other information such as recommendations, findings (including Codified Findings), analyses, reports and other output generated by the Licensed Application, all of which are logically associated in a single file and assigned a unique casefile identifier.
Loan Casefile means that unique collection of data related to a Customer’s loan, including, as applicable, Consumer Credit Data, and other information such as recommendations, findings (including any Codified Findings), analyses, reports and other output generated by the Licensed Application, all of which are logically associated in a single file and assigned a unique casefile identifier.
Loan Casefile means a unique collection of data related to a Customer’s Mortgage Loan Application, including, as applicable, Consumer Data, and other information such as recommendations, findings (including Codified Findings), analyses, reports and other output generated by the Licensed Application, all of which are logica lly associated in a single file which includes the Uniform Closing Da taset SML file and assigned a Casefile ID Number.

Examples of Loan Casefile in a sentence

  • In no event may a Loan Casefile identification number be used by Licensee to submit more than one loan to the Licensed Application.

  • Because the DU Messages API enables the retrieval of DU findings, Licensee agrees that it must comply with all requirements in this Agreement for the access, sharing and use of the Loan Casefile and any associated findings when using the DU Messages API.

  • In no event shall a Loan Casefile identification number be used by Licensee to submit more than one loan to the Licensed Application.

  • Licensee’s disclosure of a Loan Casefile identification number to a third party, either for due diligence purposes or otherwise, is deemed to be Licensee’s consent to the third party’s access to the Loan Casefile, including any associated DU findings (in all cases, for which Fannie Mae will have no liability) and authorization to Fannie Mae to provide the third party with such access, including access through the DU Messages API.

  • Licensee’s use of the Licensed Application to submit a Loan Casefile to the VA Scorecard to evaluate the eligibility of a potential loan for guaranty by the VA is governed by this Schedule, including the attached Exhibit A.

  • Licensee’s disclosure of a Casefile ID Number to a third party, either for due diligence purposes or otherwise, is deemed to be Licensee’s consent to the third party’s access to the Loan Casefile (for which Fannie Mae will have no lia bility) and authorization to Fannie Mae to provide the third party with such access.

  • Lender PMI Mortgage Loan Certain Mortgage Loans as to which the lender (rather than the borrower) acquires the Primary Insurance Policy and charges the related borrower an interest premium.

  • First Lien Last Out Loan means a loan that, prior to an event of default under the applicable Related Contract, is entitled to receive payments pari passu with other senior secured loans of the same Obligor, but following an event of default under the applicable Related Contract, such Collateral Loan becomes fully subordinated to other senior secured loans of the same Obligor and is not entitled to any payments until such other senior secured loans are paid in full.

  • First Lien Bank Loan means a Bank Loan that is entitled to the benefit of a first lien and first priority perfected security interest (subject to Liens for “ABL” revolvers and customary encumbrances) on a substantial portion of the assets of the respective borrower and guarantors obligated in respect thereof.

  • Term Loan Collateral means all of the assets of any Grantor, whether real, personal or mixed, upon which a Lien is granted or purported to be granted to any Term Loan Agent under any of the Term Loan Collateral Documents.

  • Loan Facility means the Revolving Loan Facility, the Transaction Specific Loan Facility or the Transaction Specific Revolving Loan Facility established by Lender in favor of Borrower under the Loan Documents.

  • First Lien Loans means the loans made under the First Lien Credit Agreement.

  • Second Lien Bank Loan means a Bank Loan (other than a First Lien Bank Loan and a Last Out Loan) that is entitled to the benefit of a first and/or second lien and first and/or second priority perfected security interest on all or substantially all of the assets of the respective borrower and guarantors obligated in respect thereof.

  • Second Lien Loan A Mortgage Loan secured by a second lien Mortgage on the related Mortgaged Property.

  • Performing First Lien Bank Loans means First Lien Bank Loans which are Performing.

  • Loan Collateral With respect to any Mortgage Loan, the related Mortgaged Property and any personal property securing the related Mortgage Loan, including any lessor’s interest in such property, whether characterized or recharacterized as an ownership or security interest, and including any accounts or deposits pledged to secure such Mortgage Loan, and any Additional Collateral.

  • Loan Contract means any written agreement under which a qualified lender lends or agrees to lend funds to a borrower in consideration for, among other things, the borrower’s promise to repay the loaned funds at an agreed- upon rate of interest.

  • Streamlined Documentation Mortgage Loan Any Mortgage Loan originated pursuant to the Seller's Streamlined Loan Documentation Program then in effect.

  • Park Sienna Mortgage Loans The Mortgage Loans identified as such on the Mortgage Loan Schedule for which Park Sienna is the applicable Seller.

  • Mortgage Debt means (i) debt secured only by real property at the time of the MSPLF Loan’s origination;2 and (ii) limited recourse equipment financings (including equipment capital or finance leasing and purchase money equipment loans) secured only by the acquired equipment.

  • Term Loan Facility means the Term Loan Commitments and the provisions herein related to the Term Loans.

  • Second Lien Loans means the “Loans” as defined in the Second Lien Credit Agreement and shall, for the avoidance of doubt, include Incremental Second Lien Loans.

  • Term Loan Credit Agreement has the meaning set forth in the recitals to this Agreement.

  • Funding Loan Agreement means this Funding Loan Agreement, of even date herewith, by and among the Funding Lender, the Governmental Lender and the Fiscal Agent, as it may from time to time be supplemented, modified or amended by one or more funding loan agreements, indentures or other instruments supplemental hereto entered into pursuant to the applicable provisions hereof.

  • Group 3 Mortgage Loans Those Mortgage Loans identified on the Mortgage Loan Schedule as Group 3 Mortgage Loans.

  • PMI Mortgage Loans The list of Mortgage Loans insured by the PMI Insurer attached hereto as Schedule II.

  • First Lien Loan Documents means the “Loan Documents” as defined in the First Lien Credit Agreement.

  • Exit Facility Credit Agreement means the credit agreement, Filed with the Plan Supplement, which credit agreement shall contain terms and conditions consistent in all respects with those set forth on the Exit Facility Term Sheet and, to the extent any terms and conditions are not set forth on or contemplated therein, such other terms and conditions as are acceptable to the Special Restructuring Committee and the Majority Noteholders in the manner set forth in the Restructuring Support Agreement.

  • Park Monaco Mortgage Loans The Mortgage Loans identified as such on the Mortgage Loan Schedule for which Park Monaco is the applicable Seller.
