LMI/Interstate Entities definition

LMI/Interstate Entities means, collectively, the London Market Insurers Entities and the Interstate Entities.

Interstate highway means any highway of the primary system at any time officially designated as a part of the national system of interstate and defense highways by the department and approved by the appropriate authority of the federal government.
State Entity means the department, division, office, bureau, agency, or other organization identified on the Contract Signature Page(s).
Interstate system means that portion of the national system of interstate and defense highways located within this State, as officially designated, or as may hereafter be so designated, by the Department and approved by the Secretary of Transportation of the United States, pursuant to Title 23, United States Code, “Highways.”
Interstate means a telecommunications service that originates in one United States state, or a United States territory or possession, and terminates in a different United States state or a United States territory or possession.
Pipeline means any pipe, pipes, or pipelines used for the intrastate transportation or transmission of any solid, liquid, or gaseous substance, except water.
Halfway house means a publicly or privately operated profit or nonprofit residential facil- ity that provides rehabilitative care and treatment for sex offenders.
State Energy Commission means The State Energy Commission of Western Australia as described in section 7 of the State Energy Commission Act 1979;
South Caucasus/Central and South Asian (SC/CASA) state means Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Pakistan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, or Uzbekistan.
AT&T OKLAHOMA means the AT&T owned ILEC doing business in Oklahoma.
GP means Gottbetter & Partners, LLP.
LPN means licensed practical nurse.
Virginia Stormwater Management Program authority or "VSMP authority" means an authority approved by the Board after September 13, 2011, to operate a Virginia Stormwater Management Program or the Department. An authority may include a locality; state entity, including the Department; federal entity; or, for linear projects subject to annual standards and specifications in accordance with subsection B of § 62.1-44.15:31, electric, natural gas, and telephone utility companies, interstate and intrastate natural gas pipeline companies, railroad companies, or authorities created pursuant to § 15.2-5102.
SLDC means the centre established under Sub-section (1) of Section 31 of the Electricity Act 2003, relevant for the State(s) where the Delivery Point is located;
Partnership Group Member means any member of the Partnership Group.

EPD means the Environmental Protection Division of the Georgia Department of Natural Resources.
Tax Partnership means the relationship (constituting a tax partnership for federal and applicable state law tax purposes) between the Parties existing pursuant to this Agreement.
Limited liability partnership or “LLP” shall mean a Company governed by Limited Liability Partnership Act 2008 or as amended;
Trinity House means the Corporation of Trinity House of Deptford Strond;
Virginia Stormwater Management Act means Article 2.3 (§ 62.1-44.15:24 et seq.) of Chapter 3.1 of Title 62.1 of the Code of Virginia.
