The LME Price is the cash seller (settlement) price for 99.7 percent purity aluminum in Dollars quoted by the London Metal Exchange as published in the Metal Bulletin under the caption "Metal Bulletin (month) Averages" in the section "London Metal Exchange high, low and average (month) (days)" in the column "(month) Average" for the quotational period.
If the LME Price ceases to be published, the parties shall agree upon a substitute index intended to reflect the price of primary aluminum sales to be used in calculating the Alumina Price hereunder.
