LLC Manager definition

LLC Manager means a person who is named as a Manager of an Aquila Entity that is organized as a limited liability company in, or designated as a manager of a limited liability company pursuant to, a limited liability company agreement or similar instrument under which the limited liability company is formed.

LLC Manager means any natural person who was, is or becomes a manager, member of the board of managers, or a functionally equivalent executive of a limited liability company.

LLC Manager means the Manager of the Pledged Entity designated by Pledgor pursuant to Section 2.2(a)(ii) of the LLC Agreement.
