LiveWorld Services definition

LiveWorld Services means LiveWorld’s online solutions, which include marketing, community support, business intelligence and other business promotions.
LiveWorld Services or "Services" shall mean the services and/or products to be provided by LiveWorld to MYESP related to operating, supporting and maintaining the Web Site as described in Exhibit A to this Agreement. ---------

  • All uses and benefits of LiveWorld Trademarks will inure solely to the benefit of LiveWorld, and Representative shall obtain no rights with respect to any LiveWorld Trademarks, other than the right to solicit orders for and promote LiveWorld Services as set forth herein.

  • LiveWorld will operate the LiveWorld Services on its systems and network infrastructure and shall provide all necessary hardware, software, network equipment and bandwidth to implement and maintain the LiveWorld Services.

  • LiveWorld shall make certain materials available to Representative in connection with this Agreement, which may include systems, documentation, tools, designs, data, content and other materials related to the LiveWorld Services (“LiveWorld Materials”).

  • To the extent that LiveWorld possesses or elects to create such materials, LiveWorld shall, at its own expense, provide Representative with marketing and technical information concerning the LiveWorld Services as well as reasonable quantities of brochures, instructional material, advertising literature, and other LiveWorld Services data.

  • Representative’s sole authority shall be to solicit orders for the LiveWorld Services only from WPP Affiliates or in conjunction with WPP Affiliates from the clients thereof in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, unless LiveWorld approves the solicitation of other companies.

  • Representative shall, at its own expense, use its commercially reasonable best efforts to maximize the sale of the LiveWorld Services to WPP Affiliates and clients thereof, provided that such efforts shall be made only through or in coordination with the appropriate account teams of WPP Affiliates.

  • Dealing with witnesses Power to administer oath or affirmation (1) A commissioner may administer an oath or affirmation to a person appearing as a witness before the commission.

  • LiveWorld shall measure Service Availability (“SA”) on an individual country basis for all LiveWorld Services provided for each country under this Agreement.

  • Representative’s sole compensation under the terms of this Agreement shall be a commission on Revenue of LiveWorld Services computed in accordance with Exhibit A and this Section 3, as adjusted pursuant to Sections 3(b) and 3(g) below.

  • Section 2.1 is deleted and replaced with the following: “For the duration of the Term LiveWorld shall provide to eBay and the applicable eBay Affiliates (as identified in Exhibit A-1 or a SOW (defined below)) the LiveWorld Services identified in Exhibit A-1 to this Agreement in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Agreement and the exhibits attached hereto.

  • Cloud Services means SAP’s then-current cloud services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Wireless services provider means a person who provides wireless services.

  • Broadband Services means Verizon's Fios or DSL-based Internet services (whichever applies). Verizon's DSL-based Internet service is also known as "High Speed Internet" ("HSI").

  • Wireless services means any services, provided using licensed or unlicensed spectrum, including the use of Wi-Fi, whether at a fixed location or mobile.

  • Voice Services means the telecommunications services to be provided to you under Part A and as specified in your Application.

  • Support Services the support services, as described in the Support Services Description, that We provide to You in respect of the Cloud Service.

  • Hospice services means palliative and supportive care and other services provided by an interdisciplinary team under the direction of an identifiable hospice administration to terminally ill hospice patients and their families to meet the physical, nutritional, emotional, social, spiritual, and special needs experienced during the final stages of illness, dying, and bereavement, as defined in Minnesota Statutes, § 144A.75, subd. 8, and includes the set of services as determined by the Medicare program under §1861(dd) of the Social Security Act and defined in 42 CFR § 418.3.

  • Beta Services means Xxxxxx services or functionality that may be made available to Customer to try at its option at no additional charge which is clearly designated as beta, pilot, limited release, developer preview, non-production, evaluation, or by a similar description.

  • Online Services means Microsoft-hosted services to which Customer subscribes under this Agreement. It does not include software and services provided under separate license terms.

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.

  • Reseller is a category of CLECs who purchase the use of Finished Services for the purpose of reselling those Telecommunications Services to their End User Customers.

  • Child support services means any civil, criminal or administrative action taken by the Division of

  • Internet Services means the Services provided to you by us using broadband technology to enable you to gain access to the Internet and certain other Services whether by a personal computer, television or other device;

  • Hosted Services means the hosting, management and operation of the computing hardware, ancillary equipment, Software, firmware, data, other services (including support services), and related resources for remote electronic access and use by the State and its Authorized Users, including any services and facilities related to disaster recovery obligations.

  • Products and Services means the products and/or services to be sold by Vendor hereunder as identified and described on Attachment A hereto and incorporated herein, as may be updated from time to time by Vendor to reflect products and/or services offered by Vendor generally to its customers.

  • Platform Services means the products and services that Platform Users receive from a Stripe Connect Platform, regardless of whether fees are charged (e.g., web development, customer support or hosting services).

  • Food services means the preparation and serving of nutritionally balanced meals and snacks.

  • Supplier’s Manager means a manager who at the relevant time carries such designation from the Supplier under, or in accordance with, ARTICLE 5;

  • Passenger Services means the Franchisee's railway passenger services as specified in any Timetable and/or Plan of the Day including those railway passenger services which the Franchisee may delegate or subcontract or otherwise secure through any other person from time to time in accordance with the Franchise Agreement;
