Live Nation means Live Nation, Inc., a Delaware corporation.
Live Nation means defendant Live Nation, Inc., a Delaware corporation with its headquarters in Beverly Hills, California, its successors and assigns, and its subsidiaries (whether partially or wholly owned), divisions, groups, affiliates, partnerships, and joint ventures, and their directors, officers, managers, agents, and employees.
Live Nation means Live Nation Worldwide, Inc., a Delaware corporation, or an Affiliate, except as provided in Section 24.1 hereof. Acts of Live Nation’s agents, officers, employees and other authorized representatives acting within the scope of their authority or employment shall be deemed to be acts of Live Nation for purposes of binding Live Nation to any obligation or duty hereunder.

Live Nation or “SFX” or any confusingly similar term (the “Live Nation Marks”), except as otherwise expressly provided in this paragraph (b) or as may be otherwise expressly authorized in writing by Seller; provided that nothing contained in this Section 7.07 shall be deemed to limit in any way the rights of Parent, the Company and its Subsidiaries after the Closing in any Intellectual Property owned by the Company or its Subsidiaries, including, without limitation, the Intellectual Property listed on Schedule 4.11(a).
