Live Claim definition

Live Claim means a claim of any issued, unexpired Licensed Patent that shall not have been withdrawn, canceled or disclaimed, nor held invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction in an unappealed or unappealable decision.
Live Claim. Live Claim" shall mean a claim of any issued, unexpired patent which has not been withdrawn, canceled or surrendered, or held invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction in a final, unappealable decision.

  • Administrative Claim means a Claim for costs and expenses of administration of the Chapter 11 Cases pursuant to sections 503(b), 507(a)(2), 507(b), or 1114(e)(2) of the Bankruptcy Code, including: (a) the actual and necessary costs and expenses incurred on or after the Petition Date until and including the Effective Date of preserving the Estates and operating the Debtors’ businesses; and (b) Allowed Professional Fee Claims.

  • Fee Claim means a Claim under sections 330(a), 331, 503 or 1103 of the Bankruptcy Code for compensation of a Professional or other Entity for services rendered or expenses incurred in the Reorganization Cases.

  • Allowed Administrative Claim means all or that portion of an Administrative Claim which is an Allowed Claim.
