Litigation Settlement definition

Litigation Settlement means the settlement with franchisees in July 2003 arising out of the lawsuit filed against the Borrower by 154 of its franchisees on August 27, 2002.
Litigation Settlement means the settlement of the adversary proceeding captioned, Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors of NVF Company v. Victor Posner, et. al., Civil Action No. 94-400 (RRM) pending in the District Court for the District of Delaware pursuant to the terms of that certain Stipulation and Agreement of Compromise and Settlement among the parties hereto and others.

  • ASX Settlement means ASX Settlement Pty Ltd (ABN 49 008 504 532);

  • Combination Settlement shall have the meaning specified in Section 14.02(a).

  • PJM Settlement or “PJM Settlement, Inc.” shall mean PJM Settlement, Inc. (or its successor), established by PJM as set forth in Section 3.3 of the Operating Agreement.
