Examples of List of Closing Documents in a sentence

  • The Agent and the Lenders shall have received each of the agreements, opinions, reports, approvals, consents, certificates and other documents set forth on the List of Closing Documents attached hereto as SCHEDULE A (the "CLOSING DOCUMENT LIST").

Related to List of Closing Documents

  • Seller’s Closing Documents as defined in Section 3.2(a).

  • Closing Documents means the papers, instruments and documents required to be executed and delivered at the Closing pursuant to this Agreement;
