Liquidity Backer definition

Liquidity Backer means any bank or other financial institution whose long term indebtedness is rated “AA” or better by S&P or whose long term indebtedness is rated “Aa” or better by Xxxxx’x, such ratings to be determined without regard to any subcategory or modifier.
