Liquidity Agent definition

Liquidity Agent means any bank or other financial institution acting as agent for the various Liquidity Providers under each Liquidity Agreement.
Liquidity Agent means PNC in its capacity as the Liquidity Agent pursuant to the Liquidity Agreement.
