Any asset lying at any premises/property of the company and not part of Liquidation Estate shall not be covered in any Block under this document and will not be available for sale/transfer.
Provided that where an asset is subject to security interest, it shall not be sold under any of the clauses (a) to (f) unless the security interest therein has been relinquished to the Liquidation Estate.
The proposed sale of Assets does not entail transfer of any title except the title which the Company had on the assets as on date of transfer i.e. relinquished assets being part of Liquidation Estate of the Corporate Debtor.
