Liquid Material definition

Liquid Material means Material which is not solid and which exhibits evidence of free water, or other liquids, whether or not contained.
Liquid Material means sewage that is suitable for treatment in a sewage works and is transported to a sewage works for disposal and includes hauled sewage and municipal sludge;

  • Plant Material means the leaves, stems, buds, and flowers of the marijuana plant, and does not include seedlings, seeds, clones, stalks, or roots of the plant or the weight of any non-marijuana ingredients combined with marijuana.
