liquid form definition

liquid form means a suspension or a solution, where a suspension is a two-phase dispersion in which solid particles are maintained in suspension in the liquid phase, and a solution is a liquid that is free of solid particles, or a gel and includes pastes;
liquid form means a manufactured hemp product made for oral consumption that is an oil-based tincture.
