  • If either party hereto terminates this Agreement as to a Linked Property, this Agreement shall automatically terminate as to the Property or Properties with which the Linked Property is paired or grouped.

  • Upon any termination of this Agreement as to a Property which is paired or grouped with a Linked Property in accordance with the provisions of this Section 35(a), such Property, shall become a “Removed Property”.
