Line Reversal definition

Line Reversal means for a Flange (and all the Connection Points at such Flange) any Hour in which the anticipated Physical Flow of natural gas based on Storage Users' aggre- gate Nominations and Renominations is for injection into the Storage Facility whereas in the preceding Hour such anticipated Physical Flow of natural gas is for withdrawal from the Storage Facility or vice versa.
