Line Rate definition

Line Rate means the rate of connection between the ONT/NTE and the equipment located at the KCOM Exchange;
Line Rate means, in relation to:
Line Rate the rate of connection between the Customer Equipment and the DSLAM located at the local exchange;

Examples of Line Rate in a sentence

  • All Swing Line Loans shall bear interest at the Swing Line Rate and shall not be entitled to be converted into Loans that bear interest at any other rate.

  • Each Swing Line Loan shall bear interest on the outstanding principal amount thereof, for each day from and including the day such Swing Line Loan is made to but excluding the date it is paid, at a rate per annum equal to the Swing Line Rate for such day.

  • An unused line fee (the “Unused Line Fee”), for the ratable benefit of the Lenders, equal to the product of (i) the Applicable Unused Line Rate multiplied by (ii) the Unused Line Amount during the immediately preceding month (or part thereof), which fee shall be deemed to be fully earned and payable, in arrears, on the first day of each month until the Termination Date.
