Line of Business Financial Threshold means, for each of the highest-level business units of the Firm (e.g., Investment Bank, Asset Management), the financial threshold applicable under certain 2012 restricted stock unit awards granted to individuals designated as “Tier 1.” Unless otherwise specified, the applicable financial threshold will be negative annual pre-provision net income. “Not-for-Profit Organization” means an entity exempt from tax under state law and under Section 501(c)(3) of the Code.
