Limited Sales definition

Limited Sales means, for the period of one year after the date hereof, (a) aggregate sales of no more than 5% of the outstanding Series A Preferred Stock and (b) aggregate sales of no more than 5% of the outstanding Series C Stock.
Limited Sales has the meaning given in Section 3.9.
