Limitations on Seller s, Indemnitor's and JMJ's Indemnification. Seller, Indemnitors and JMJ shall not be liable and Buyer agrees not to enforce any claim for indemnification under this Agreement until the aggregate amount of all such claims exceeds Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00) (the "Threshold Amount"), and then Buyer shall be entitled to recover only the amount of such claims in excess of the Threshold Amount, except that, notwithstanding the foregoing, Seller, Indemnitors and JMJ, shall be liable and Buyer may enforce any and all claim(s) for breach of any representation or warranty under Section 6.10 and/or 6.15, as well as any claim(s) for indemnity under Sections 13.01(c), (d), (e) and (f) without regard to the Threshold Amount.
