Limitations of Authority means the provisions set forth in Section 11.4 below;

  • Certificate of Authentication The meaning specified in Section 2.1.

Complications of pregnancy also include nonelective cesarean section, ectopic pregnancy which is terminated and spontaneous termination of pregnancy, which occurs during a period of gestation in which a viable birth is not possible.

  • Department of Defense (DoD) means the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, and defense agencies. "Foreign-flag vessel" means any vessel that is not a U.S.-flag vessel.

  • Insurance Authority means the Insurance Authority of Hong Kong established pursuant to section 4AAA of the Insurance Ordinance.

  • Administration of Medication means the act of placing a medication in or on an individual's body by a staff member who is responsible for the individual's care.
