Limitation Clause definition

Limitation Clause means the provisions referred to in Item 4 of the Declarations. Other loss means the damages which the Policyholder ls legally entitled to, or would be legally entitled to, from a Warrantor on account of a breach of a warranty contained in the Agreement which is not marked as "Included" in Column (2) of Part A or Part B of the Warranty and Indemnity Schedule.
