Draw Request Any request by the Borrower, pursuant to Section 2.2 of this Agreement, for a disbursement of any portion of the proceeds of the Loan.
Advance Request means a request for an Advance submitted by Borrower to Lender in substantially the form of Exhibit A.
Disbursement Request means a disbursement request from the Borrower to the Administrative Agent and the Collateral Agent in the form attached hereto as Exhibit C in connection with a disbursement request from the Unfunded Exposure Account in accordance with Section 2.04(d) or a disbursement request from the Principal Collection Subaccount in accordance with Section 2.18, as applicable.
Advance Request Form means a certificate, in a form approved by Lender, properly completed and signed by Borrower requesting a Revolving Credit Advance.
First draw sample means a one−liter sample of tap water that has been standing in plumbing pipes at least 6 hours and is collected without flushing the tap.
L/C Request has the meaning specified in Section 2.4(b).
Project Preparation Advance is modified to read “Preparation Advance” and its definition is modified to read as follows:
Request for Letter of Credit means a written request for a Letter of Credit substantially in the form of Exhibit F, signed by a Responsible Official of Borrower and properly completed to provide all information required to be included therein.
LC Request a request for issuance of a Letter of Credit, to be provided by Borrower Agent to Issuing Bank, in form satisfactory to Agent and Issuing Bank.
Funding Request shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.3(a).
Request for Loan means a written request for a Loan substantially in the form of Exhibit E, signed by a Senior Officer of the applicable Borrower and properly completed to provide all information required to be included therein.
Final Drawing has the meaning specified in Section 3.05(i).
Request for Borrowing has the meaning provided in Section 2.3(a).
Shop Drawing means any and all drawings, diagrams, layouts, explanations, illustrations, manufacturer's drawings or other written or graphic materials which illustrate any portion of the construction work.
Notice of Borrowing has the meaning specified in Section 2.02(a).
Loan Request means a letter in substantially the form of Exhibit A hereto executed and delivered by the Borrower to the Administrative Agent and the Lenders pursuant to Section 2.02(a).
Support Request means a request for assistance received by Blackboard's Service Desk and/or Service Desk Infrastructure from an Authorized User, such as any answered phone call, answered email, or answered chat.
Loan Advance The meaning specified in Section 2.2(a).
Work request means a document prepared by the Contractor which describes over and above work being proposed.
Letter of Credit Request shall have the meaning provided in Section 2.03(a).
Drawdown Request means a notice substantially in the form set out in Schedule 3 (Drawdown Request).
Borrowing Limit has the meaning set forth in Section 1.1(a)(i).
Swingline Borrowing Request means a request by the Borrower substantially in the form of Exhibit C-2.
Borrowing Request means a request by the Borrower for a Revolving Borrowing in accordance with Section 2.03.
Borrowing means Loans of the same Type, made, converted or continued on the same date and, in the case of Eurodollar Loans, as to which a single Interest Period is in effect.
Line Item means a field of information (or a combination of fields of information) to be entered in a Settlement Schedule by any Participating Subscriber in relation to a Conveyancing Transaction.
