Lightering Vessels definition

Lightering Vessels means, collectively, the following Vessels to the extent owned by the Borrower or a Subsidiary Guarantor:

  • Fuel burning equipment means any furnace, boiler, apparatus, stack and all associated equipment, used in the process of burning fuel.

  • Berth means the berth to be constructed in the new inner harbour including the supporting structure for the shiploader, to be constructed by the Company pursuant to Clause 4(2)(a) hereof and includes the land approaches and ancillary equipment thereto;
