Light Load Hours (LLH) definition
Light Load Hours (LLH). (09/08/08 Version) means: (1) hours ending 0100 through 0600 and 2300 through 2400 hours PPT, Monday through Saturday, and (2) all hours on Sundays and holidays as designated by NERC. BPA may update this definition as necessary to conform to standards of the WECC, NAESB, or NERC.
