LIFFE Rules definition

LIFFE Rules means the rules adopted by LIFFE in force from time to time and which govern the membership and operation of any LIFFE Market;
LIFFE Rules means Book II of the rules adopted, amended or revoked from time to time, in accordance with the articles of association of LIFFE;

  • Pursuant to the exclusion of liability provisions contained in the LIFFE Rules, as amended from time to time by General Notice, you understand that business on the LIFFE market (the "Exchange") operated by LIFFE may from time to time be suspended, restricted or closed for such period as may be determined in the interests of maintaining a fair and orderly market in accordance with the Rules of LIFFE.

  • Any such action may result in RJO being unable, and through RJO, you (and your clients, if any) being unable to enter into contracts in accordance with the LIFFE Rules.

  • In the event of a conflict between the LIFFE Rules and the terms of the Account Agreement (as amended by this Addendum), the LIFFE Rules as from time to time in force, shall prevail.

  • Furthermore, RJO, and through RJO, you (and your clients, if any) may from time to time be prevented from or hindered in entering into contracts in accordance with the LIFFE Rules as a result of a failure of some or all market facilities.
