Life-sustaining equipment means equipment prescribed by an authorized health care professional that mechanically sustains, restores, or supplants a vital bodily function, such as breathing, including but not limited to:
Life-sustaining equipment means equipment which utilizes mechanical or artificial means to sustain, restore or supplant a vital function, or mechanical equipment that is relied upon for mobility both within and outside of buildings.
