Business registration means a business registration certificate issued by the Department of the Treasury or such other form or verification that a contractor or subcontractor is registered with the Department of Treasury;
Registration Period shall have the meaning specified in Section 5(C), below.
Target Registration Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2(d) hereof.
Registration year means the twelve-month period during which, under the laws of the base jurisdiction, the registration issued to a registrant by the base jurisdiction is valid.

Registration Data means certain personal and financial information that you are required to provide in order to download and use the Trading Platform and become our Client including Account Credentials, such information can include without limitation a copy of your passport, driving license and/or Photo identity card.
Original Registration Rights Agreement has the meaning set forth in the recitals to this Agreement.
Special Registration means the registration of (A) equity securities and/or options or other rights in respect thereof solely registered on Form S-4 or Form S-8 (or successor form) or (B) shares of equity securities and/or options or other rights in respect thereof to be offered to directors, members of management, employees, consultants, customers, lenders or vendors of the Company or Company Subsidiaries or in connection with dividend reinvestment plans.
Effective Registration means the registration of the shares of Common Stock granted to the Grantee hereunder pursuant to an effective registration statement on Form S-8 or any successor form under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended.
Piggy-Back Registration is defined in Section 2.2.1.
Company Registration Statement means the Registration Statement, including the Prospectus, amendments and supplements to the Registration Statement or Prospectus, including pre- and post-effective amendments, all exhibits thereto, and all material and exhibits incorporated by reference or deemed to be incorporated by reference in such registration statement.
Registration Notice has the meaning specified in Section 2.1(a).
Registration Form means a book voter registration form and a by-mail voter
Registration Books means the records maintained by the Trustee pursuant to Section 2.08 for the registration and transfer of ownership of the Bonds.
International registration plan means a reciprocal agreement of member jurisdictions that is endorsed by the American association of motor vehicle administrators, and that promotes and encourages the fullest possible use of the highway system by authorizing apportioned registration of fleets of vehicles and recognizing registration of vehicles apportioned in member jurisdictions.
Registration Event means the occurrence of any of the following events:
Registration Deadline means, for purposes of the Registration Statement required pursuant to Section 2(a)(i), the earlier of (i) the date that is seventy-five (75) days after the date that the applicable Registration Statement is actually filed or (ii) the date that is seventy-five (75) days after the applicable Filing Deadline and, with respect to any Registration Statement required pursuant to Section 2(a)(ii), the Additional Registration Deadline.
Incidental Registration has the meaning set forth in Section 4(a) of this Agreement.
Resale Registration Statement means a registration statement under the Securities Act registering the Securities for resale pursuant to the terms of the Registration Rights Agreement.
