Licensee Party definition

Licensee Party means one of the Parties, as the context requires, other than the Licensor Party, to whom Licensed Intellectual Property Rights are granted from the Licensor Party pursuant to the terms hereof.
Licensee Party has the meaning set forth in Section 2(a).
Licensee Party means, with reference to either Party’s Intellectual Property or Marks, the Party that is licensing such Intellectual Property or Marks from the Licensing Party hereunder.

Licensee Party and “Licensor Party”, respectively, shall mean as defined in Section ‎6.1 below.
