Licensee Areas definition

Licensee Areas means the areas designated in the Plans and Specifications as administrative offices, team store(s), designated storage areas, and the Home Team locker room during the baseball season, and coaching offices during the baseball season and all kitchens, food and beverage preparation, storage and sales areas.
Licensee Areas means the following with respect to the Armory:

Examples of Licensee Areas in a sentence

  • Licensee shall be permitted to use appropriate portions of the Stadium, consistent with the terms and conditions of this Agreement including the Licensee Areas as soon as a certificate of occupancy or its equivalent is issued for that area or portion of the Stadium for which occupancy is desired, even if a certificate of occupancy is not issued for the entire Stadium.

  • The operation and staffing of the Stadium scoreboard, the public address system, the box office, security within the Stadium Area, all ticket booths and ushering services, first-aid room, the opening and closing of the Stadium and the operation of all Stadium facilities (excluding Licensee Areas) at all Stadium Events.

  • All equipment, desks, phones and other personal property required for the Licensee Areas shall be Licensee’s cost and responsibility.

  • In order to facilitate the satisfaction of its obligations undertaken pursuant to this Agreement and to perform its business as anticipated under the Agreement, Licensee shall at all times during the Term of this Agreement have the right of access to and exclusive use of all Licensee Areas.

  • At the time this Agreement terminates, whether by expiration of the Term or by early termination, Licensee shall within a reasonable period of time vacate the Armory and remove its property from the Armory, leaving the Licensee Areas and any other areas of the Armory from which Licensee has removed its property in the condition in which it was provided to Licensee, reasonable wear and tear and depreciation excepted.

  • Except for the Licensee Areas and subject to Licensee’s use and possession of the Common Areas as provided in Section 2.1.1, Licensee has no rights to the use of the Armory at any time or for any purpose.

  • At all times during the Term, Licensee shall have the exclusive use and possession of the Licensee Areas, together with nonexclusive rights of ingress and egress on, over and through the Armory to the Licensee Areas.

  • Licensee shall cause all Common Areas and Licensee Areas to comply with League Standards and the reasonable requirements of Licensee.

  • Licensee acknowledges that Licensor and its agents and representatives, upon prior written notice to Licensee (or without prior notice in the event of an emergency threatening health or safety) shall have the right to enter into and upon any and all parts of the Armory, including the Licensee Areas, for any legitimate reason.

  • Licensee shall pay for telephone service and equipment, furniture and other furnishings in the office included in the Licensee Areas.

Related to Licensee Areas

  • Licensed premises or “premises” means all rooms, enclosures, contiguous areas, or places susceptible of precise description satisfactory to the administrator where alcoholic beverages, wine, or beer is sold or consumed under authority of a liquor control license, wine permit, or beer permit. A single licensed premises may consist of multiple rooms, enclosures, areas, or places if they are wholly within the confines of a single building or contiguous grounds.

  • Licensed Space means the indoor and outdoor space on the premises approved by the department for the purpose of providing licensed child care.

  • Licensee Improvements means any improvement, enhancement, modification, derivative work or upgrade to any of Licensor Patent Rights made, conceived, reduced to practice, affixed or otherwise developed by or on behalf of Licensee during the term of this Agreement and solely as exercised under the License.

  • Licensed Area means the area in which the Licensee is authorised to

  • Licensed service area means the geographic area in which the home service provider is authorized by law or contract to provide commercial mobile radio service to the customer.

  • Service Areas means those areas within the Building used for stairs, elevator shafts, flues, vents, stacks, pipe shafts and other vertical penetrations (but shall not include any such areas for the exclusive use of a particular tenant).

  • Licensed Property means the portion of the Software and the Documentation to which Customer has purchased a License as identified on an applicable Order. Licensed Property shall include any updates or upgrades to the Licensed Property that AvePoint may at its discretion deliver to Customer.

  • licence area means the area constituted by the blocks that are the subject of a licence;

  • Licensee has the meaning set forth in the preamble.

  • Licensed Site means a place in any authorised street at which street trading may be engaged in by a Licence Holder, and includes any temporary alternative place approved by the Council or a duly authorised Officer of the Council.

  • Parking Areas means those areas located upon the Property designated by Landlord, from time to time, to be parking areas.

  • Licensed Technology means the Licensed Patents and the Licensed Know-How.

  • License Elements means the following high-level license attributes as selected by Licensor and indicated in the title of this License: Attribution, ShareAlike.

  • Licensor means the copyright owner or entity authorized by the copyright owner that is granting the License.

  • Common Areas is defined as all areas and facilities outside the Premises and within the exterior boundary line of the Industrial Center and interior utility raceways within the Premises that are provided and designated by the Lessor from time to time for the general non-exclusive use of Lessor, Lessee and other lessees of the Industrial Center and their respective employees, suppliers, shippers, customers, contractors and invitees, including parking areas, loading and unloading areas, trash areas, roadways, sidewalks, walkways, parkways, driveways and landscaped areas.

  • Licensed Use means the Licensor’s permitted use of the Licensed Data under the PSGA Member Licence. Login Details means the unique identifiers assigned to the Licensor when it entered into the PSGA Member Licence enabling access to the On-Line Ordering Service. On-Line Ordering Service means the service accessed by entering the Licensor’s Login Details where indicated on OS’s Website. OS means Ordnance Survey Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company registration number 09121572) whose registered address is at Xxxxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxx Xxxxx, XXXXXXXXXXX, XX00 0XX. OS Data means Data (including but not limited to Licensed Data) which OS owns or which OS licenses from a third party (including but not limited to the Crown).

  • Licensor Technology means the Licensor Patents and the Licensor Know-How.

  • Licensed User means a natural person employed by or under contract to Licensee who is assigned a unique and fixed user account to consume one license to use the Licensed Software, Output, or an Application, under this License Agreement, regardless of whether such individual is actively using the Licensed Software, Output, or an Application at any given time. Licenses for Licensed Users are priced on a per seat or site subscription basis.

  • Areas means such areas within the DAS Areas that are identified in Annexure A annexed to this Agreement;

  • Licensee Data means, other than Resultant Data, information, data and other content, in any form or medium, that is collected, downloaded or otherwise received, directly or indirectly from Licensee or an Authorized User by or through the Services.

  • the Licensee means the person(s) named in the licence.

  • Drainage area means a geographic area within which stormwater, sediments, or dissolved materials drain to a particular receiving waterbody or to a particular point along a receiving waterbody.

  • Exclusive Use Area means a part or parts of the common property for the exclusive use by the owner or owners of one or more sections;

  • Outside Areas means all areas within the Property which are located outside the buildings, such as pedestrian walkways, parking areas, landscaped areas, open areas and enclosed trash disposal areas.

  • Research Use shall have the meaning given in Section 2.2.2 of this Agreement.

  • Licensee Technology means the Licensee Know-How and Licensee Patents.
