Licensed Radio Station definition

Licensed Radio Station means the radio stations including HD stations identified under the “Radio Station” column on Schedule 1 that are owned and operated by the Applicable Licensee set forth in Schedule 1, as Licensee will update and deliver to Licensors promptly in connection with changes in Licensed Radio Stations and Licensees made under Section 12.7(b) in this Agreement, and are not otherwise terminated pursuant to Section 10.2;

  • Commercial Mobile Radio Services (CMRS) means Commercial Mobile Radio Service, As Defined in the Act and FCC rules.

  • Licensed Services means all functions performed by the Licensed System.
